RV's

RV spots are $180.00 and will be available to the public TBA.

RV RESERVATIONS MAY BE CANCELLED AND ISSUED A 95% REFUND THROUGH TBA.

EACH RV RESERVATION INCLUDES:
-One parking pass for the vehicle pulling the RV to park in front of the RV ONLY (all other vehicles must park in the General Parking Lot)
*if your RV is a rented/borrowed trailer being brought in by another party that will not need access to the RV lot after setting up please notify us when you place your reservation so we can make accommodations.
-Two 2-day grounds passes only. If there are more than 2 people staying in your RV, you must purchase additional grounds admission passes for them. Ranch Rodeo Tickets serve as grounds admission passes for the day of show only, those staying in RV will need passes for both Friday and Saturday, if those staying have a Ranch Rodeo ticket for only 1 night they will be required to purchase a grounds pass for that additional day.
Staff will be checking grounds admission passes at Gate 3 and 5 of all occupants when a vehicle enters the facility.

Western Heritage Classic has limited availability for 30-amp & 50-amp hookups. There are NO 50-amp full hookups available. For the 2025 Western Heritage Classic all persons will have the option of reserving their own RV online or by calling the General Office on a first come/first paid basis.

NO sewer hookups at the 2025 Western Heritage Classic. These are reserved for the ranches and their guests. KEY CITY SEPTIC charges $50 a pump and can be contacted at 325-673-1225.

Dry Dock is NOT an option anywhere on the facility.

***2025 vendors, exhibitors and guests*** There is a NO DOG policy. NO dogs are allowed on the facility grounds whether it is at your camper, booth or in a building. You will be asked to remove your dog from the premises. Only service pets are allowed and must be with the owner 100% of the time.

EARLY BIRD GETS THE WORM!
We recommend that if you wish to stay in a hotel during Western Heritage Classic that you make your reservations at least a year in advance. Western Heritage Classic takes place the same weekend as Abilene Christian University, Hardin Simmons University, and McMurry University's graduation weekends in some years, therefore book early. RV spots sell out quick every year. Check out any of the RV parks in Abilene for availability.

Parking

Free Public General Parking Available. First Come/First Served on the Expo Center Grounds through Gates 1, 2 and 6.

VIP Parking- Saturday Only
-Available for purchase online beginning in April, limited number available

-Pass will be placed on vehicle upon arrival at Gate K Saturday after driver presents ID or a receipt that verifies purchase.

-Pass allows for come and go access to the VIP parking LOT all day Saturday, not a designated spot
